At the northern edge of the New Forest, Ocknell and Longbeech are approximately a mile apart. With all of the wondrous forest activities to enjoy and the Blue Flag beaches in Poole and Bournemouth you have a vast choice of how to spend your days.

Warcombe Farm Camping Park, Devon

Kids, parents and dogs alike will love a camping and caravanning holiday at Warcombe Farm, North Devon. The area is absolutely stunning with nearby “Blue Flag” Woolacombe beach on your doorstep and the picturesque coastal town of Ilfracombe within a short drive. A lovely shower block with a family bathroom includes a baby changing unit is a touch of luxury with under floor heating - much appreciated when trying to get the kids clean. The large fenced children’s play area goes down a treat and is a great spot to meet the other kids on holiday. Budding fishermen can try their luck with the on-site fishing lake (access via pitch gate). All-in-all Warcombe Farm is a perfect place to go camping in Devon with the kids.

Callow Top is ideally located for exploring the Derbyshire & Staffordshire Peak District. On site cycle hire is available and there is direct access to the Tissington Trail cycle route. It really is a children's paradise, with rafts on the pond, a tree house, a zip wire, Tarzan ropes, and an adventure playground. The site has it’s own station on the fantastic Ravenglass & Eskdale Miniature Steam Railway, which little ones will love. Enjoy toasted marshmallows on a campfire - allowed in the allocated areas.
