The Accommodation
The large kitchen seated area boasts a Poggen Pohl kitchen with all Miele appliances including 2 ovens, bean to cup built in coffee machine, 2 fridges, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar. You will be able sink into the large Ligne Rosset suite whilst watching the huge 52" TV. Or maybe spotting the abundant wildlife, or the stunning views of the countryside through the huge floor to ceiling windows may make the TV redundant. However there are sure to be no fights over the TV or the bathroom for that matter as 5 of the 6 bedrooms come fully equipped with its own beautifully decorated en-suite, walk in rain showers, wall mounted TV, quality Egyptian bed linen. You might decide to draw straws over who gets allocated the large Master Bedroom before arriving, as it really is something special with its opulent open plan en-suite featuring a large round Kohler River Spa Bath.

Child Friendly Facilities
The swimming pools entrance is via the hall through lockable double doors. The 10x4 metre indoor heated pool gives hours of pleasure with 4 sets of double doors leading to the garden. Special non slip tiles have been fitted for childrens safety. Your favourite tunes can be piped in by means of an Ipod speaker system.
The gardens are a sheltered south facing suntrap boasting a small football pitch, a 14ft sunken trampoline, golf practice net and an amazing Rainbow play systems climbing frame. For the younger kids the gardens are spacious enough for the 12v Lightning McQueen battery driven car and 24v 2 seater Gaucho jeep.
Extras the kids may be delighted with are the Playstation3 and Nintendo Wii with games, cricket set, badminton, swingball and a selection of indoor games. Extras Mums and Dads might appreciate are spa packages and catering that can be arranged.
