There are seven fabulous, luxury lodges at Fairwood Lakes, sleeping between four to six guests. Four of them sit alongside each other on the edge of the larger lake, with relaxing views over still waters. Guests are accommodated in a king-size bedroom perfect for parents, and a twin room for the kids. There’s a spacious family bathroom featuring a bath with an overhead shower, as well as an additional toilet. Two other guests are accommodated on the double sofa bed, waking up to views directly out onto the lake. Sliding glass doors open out from the open-plan kitchen and living room, directly onto a private veranda with tranquil views. There you’ll find a six-person hot tub as well as outdoor furniture awaiting al fresco feasts. Spend an afternoon curled up with a good book, enjoying the serene setting surrounded by nature.
Tucked up on the edge of the Little Lake, a further two lodges sleep up to four guests in a master bedroom and children’s room, furnished with a bunk bed. The beautifully decorated spaces feature warm kitchens finished with reclaimed wood, cosy living areas and equally as impressive views. For a little extra luxury, a roll-top bath with lake views and a log-effect wood burning stove can be enjoyed in the Jackdaw Lodge. But if you’re looking for something totally unique, Eider Floating Lodge is the only one of its kind in the UK. Enjoy the ultimate calm and relaxing stay in the fabulous lodge with sliding doors, modern modular spaces and a sheltered terrace – all floating on a tree-lined lake. It can accommodate families of four in its large double bed and two bunk beds.
