Facilities include an excellent, big indoor pool which opens out to a sun terrace with hot tub, a vast indoor playroom, a large trampoline, a games room and a children's outdoor play area. Improve your putting skills on the three-hole golf course, or make use of the Davis Cup size tennis court - an LTA coach is available with pre-booking.
At Flear Farm you will find twelve exquisite child friendly cottages and lodges with the smallest sleeping 2 and the largest sleeping 8 (plus cots). Originally the farms outbuildings these beautiful Devon stone barns have been sympathetically converted to nine cottages grouped close to the owners original house with a further three, more private, detached lodges, including Orchard, a very stylish, open-plan, oak-framed new building. All the guest houses are brightly decorated with elegant soft furnishings. Their whitewashed exposed brick walls and beams add to their character. Fresh bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. Cots, highchairs and stairgates are available on request and should you need a babysitting service, one can be arranged with prior notice.

When you arrive at Flear Holiday Cottages you'll find a welcome basket containing Flear's own spring water, and a homemade cake or scones and jam for a typical Devon cream tea. While all the cottages and lodges are self-catering, guests can order their food shopping in advance. The local supermarket will deliver straight to Flear so that guests can have all their produce waiting on arrival. If you don't feel like cooking at all on holiday or want the odd night off, you have access to a local cook who prepares delicious homemade food and delivers fresh, full course meals straight to your door.
