The Mole Resort is home to over 50 eco-conscious self-catering lodges, set in 125 acres of blissful North Devonshire countryside. Ranging in size from two-bed up to four, there’s an option for families and groups of all sizes. For families of four, the two-bedroom Meadow View lodges offer two generously sized bedrooms, including an en-suite master bedroom with king-size bed and great views. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower and bathtub – perfect for a soak after a long day of mucky outdoor fun. For groups of up to six, take your pick between meadow and valley views. There are three-bedroom lodges with either – all boasting three spacious bedrooms and an open-plan living area opening onto sunny private terraces. And for larger groups and families, the four-bedroom Valley View lodge offers three double bedrooms, including an en-suite master, plus a twin room perfect for kids.
Whichever lodge you opt for, you can expect bright, contemporary spaces with a strong connection to the blissfully peaceful surroundings. Airy open-plan living areas with kitchen, dining area and lounge are great spaces for cosy nights in front of the TV, or for lively games nights playing charades and cards. Enjoy direct access from the living area onto the private deck, which is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs. Not to mention a fabulous hot tub where you can sit, soak and admire the sunset with a glass of fizz in hand. Afterwards snuggling up in one of the fluffy towel robes that come as standard. Hotel finishes are not missed at The Mole lodges. As well as the robe you’ll find towels, crisp bed linen, L’Occitane toiletries and underfloor heating to keep winter visitors warm.
