This working beef farm is set against a stunning backdrop of rolling fields, rugged cliffs and the majestic Atlantic Ocean. Four holiday homes have been sympathetically converted from former farm buildings that can accommodate from 2 to 6 guests plus cot. You will find a warm welcome at the cottages which are modern, attractive, comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is the extra touches and attention to detail that will really make your stay here feel special and so that your holiday should be just that... a holiday. A break from the norm and a chance to relax, unwind and re-charge your batteries.
For the children there is plenty here to keep them happy. An indoor toddler play barn - so you can take it in turns to have a lie in! An abundance of space for them to play football, cricket and other outdoor games. A pets corner where you can meet the resident chickens, ducks, cats, dogs and "Benji" the rabbit. A selection of outdoor toys to use in the garden (trikes, pushchairs, paddling pool, tennis rackets, cricket set etc.) so you can relax while they play. The games room has pool, table tennis and table football.
The well equipped cottages are all non smoking. The fully fitted kitchens are thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to make anything from beans on toast to a Sunday roast (although information folders also include menus from the local takeaways!). Bed linen, electricity and heating are all included in the price. Travel cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost and towels can be provided for a nominal charge. You will find thoughtful touches such as age appropriate toys, books and videos in your cottage ready for your arrival together with changing mats. At least one bedroom in every cottage will have blackout linings on the curtains. Avent steam and microwave sterilizers are available to pre-book together with a baby-sitting service. A back carrier and 3 wheel all terrain buggy are available for you to borrow to explore the farm and surrounding area (subject to availability).
Guests have use of a launderette and from May - September there is the extra bonus of a nearby local park. A well behaved dog is allowed in some of the cottages.
A short drive takes you to picturesque St. Ives with its world class beaches, quality surfing, the Tate Gallery plus a multitude of shops, galleries, bars and restaurants. The A30 (Cornwall's main trunk road) is only ten minutes away so everything Cornwall has to offer is easily accessible. Take the time to discover the true beauty of this place - walk down the farm trail to the cliff tops and feast your eyes on the view. You may even see a passing school of dolphins.
