There are seven zones in the zoo: Beginning, Aquatic, Valley, Lakelands, Kidz, African and Heights. The Wilds of Asia area has Orangutans, Sloths, Parrots, Iguanas and other animals as well as a huge adventure playground for children.

The aquatic zone has one of the longest underwater tunnels in Europe at 24 metres long where you can see Patagonian sea lions. Other highlights include Humboldt penguins which you can see being fed. Large mammals on display include a white Bengal tiger, African Lions, Hyenas, Elephants, Giraffes and Tigers.

The kidz zone has theatre shows where children can get up close to the animals. This area houses a range of domestic animals such as pigs, horses and goats. If little legs are getting tired, the UmPhafa Road Train can take you to the Kingdom of the wild.
