Family Accommodation
Each of the 56 bedrooms has its own traditional style and character. Period details, such as a circular window, are made features within this individual hotel room design. The bedroom accommodation embraces all the modern facilities you expect like satellite television. Choose a family room with a balcony within the hotel's Forest Wing for family alfresco dining. Or maybe choose adjoining bedrooms to give Mum and Dad peace of mind as well as peace and quiet. You will find the family rooms are comfortable and spacious; some have bunk beds for children with those glorious views over the estate grounds, lake and golf course. A complimentary sherry in your room for your arrival and fluffy bathrobes are welcome added touches.
Child Friendly Restaurant
Children are very welcome at Cally Palace Hotel, with an optional children's sitting served within the restaurant at 5pm, and a child friendly menu is offered throughout Dinner. For your evening meal it is rather a special occasion and the hotel requests that gentlemen wear a jacket and tie. Although this may not be everyone's cup of tea I think getting dressed up rather adds to the anticipation that your taste buds are in for a treat. The first class cuisine is prepared using the freshest and finest Galloway produce and served in the elegant dining room whilst a pianist plays.
Lovely fish and cooked breakfasts are offered in the morning with a full range of cereal and fruit, breads, juices etc. Or take the opportunity to relax in the sunny conservatory where snacks and refreshments are available throughout the day.

The Cally Palace Hotel boasts its own indoor heated swimming pool. The pool is complemented by an air-conditioned gym, spa bath and sauna. You can also arrange for a massage to ease away stresses and strains. Elsewhere in the hotel you can enjoy table tennis or pool or enjoy a game in the snooker room. Not only is Cally Palace unique among south-west Scotland's hotels with its own exclusive golf course, there are many other ways to enjoy the surrounding parkland and estate.
