The Camping and Caravanning Club recognises how important it is for campers especially with children to find clean amenity blocks with a high standard of fixtures and fittings - this particular one has family bathrooms. All sites highlighted have additional on-site laundry facilities, just in case your brood happen to have fun frolicking in the mud! Your pitch will be available after noon on your arrival day and you will need to vacate it before noon on your last days stay.
There is also a well stocked shop open daily (Mar - Nov), a large open play area for ball games and a kite flying field with picnic area.
The family campsite at Damage Barton is on a 600-acre beef and sheep farm, where you will enjoy panoramic sea views across to the Welsh coast. Owned by the Lethbridge family they have been giving a warm welcome to members for nearly 50 years. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it is easy to see why Damage Barton draws back members year after year.
From May to September you can take advantage of the regular trailer rides around the farm to see all aspects of farming life, viewing stock at close quarters, conservation and stewardship projects, explaining the historyof the 14th Century farmhouse and buildings, culminating in the wonderful cliff views. Staying on the campsite at Easter is a great time to see new born lambs and calves at Damage Barton.
