It is a unique hideaway between the rolling Shropshire Hills and the beautiful Wenlock Edge, providing the ultimate in rural retreats. Here, you really can wake up to the peaceful sounds of birdsong and rustling leaves, then open your door onto our 500 acre estate which includes idyllic pasture and beautiful woodland, perfect for an afternoon spent exploring.

Holiday Accommodation
The Manor House sleeps 14 in 6 bedrooms and is a beautiful 17th Century, 5 star property with large private walled gardens. 3 of the bedrooms are en-suite and there is 1 main family bathroom. The dining room is a relaxing, country-style room with lots of exposed brick work. It has an Aga, a CD player and a substantial solid oak table that seats 18.
Toad Hall sleeps 14 in 6 bedrooms and is a 4 star Gold luxury master-craftsmen renovated property. All bedrooms are en-suite. Four have the flexibility to be twins or doubles and the other two bedrooms offer a triple or double and single combination. The large dining/living room can seat up to 36 for dinner. There is also a private enclosed garden. (NB: This house is suitable for those with reduced mobility).
Pendennis sleeps 14 in 6 bedrooms and is a luxurious 4 Star single-storey property with 4 bathrooms. It stands in almost an acre of enclosed grounds with a large lawn. Two master bedrooms have beautiful 6-foot, 4-poster beds, whilst the other bedrooms have the flexibility to be either doubles, twins or triples. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a large dining room and there are two sitting rooms. The swimming pool is next door. (NB: This house is suitable for those with reduced mobility).
Eaton Cottage sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and is a superb 5 Star stone cottage set in its own extensive and mature private gardens. There are quiet corners outside in which to relax and an area to play outside games, coupled with spectacular views towards the Wenlock Edge, which never fail to impress.
Curlew Cottage sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and is a beautifully appointed 4 Star Gold single storey property. There are 4 double/twin bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite, and 1 main bathroom. The cottage is set in its own private enclosed grounds. (NB: This house is suitable for those with reduced mobility).
Woodpecker Way sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom and is a 4 Star property which overlooks the Wenlock Edge. It is an ideal romantic option for two in your party!
Facilities
Eaton Manor is a great place for families who can really spread out and feel independent yet come together at meal times.
Outdoors each house has a large garden with furniture, a barbecue and wonderful views across the Stretton hills and dales.
The 12’ x 24’ covered swimming pool is heated and available for shared use between April and October.
Indoors you will find in each a TV (with Freeview), DVD and CD player, a toy box, cot, high chair, and a selection of books and games. The kitchens are very well equipped with dishwashers (apart from Woodpecker Way), fridge/freezers, washer/dryers, electric cookers, microwaves and some of the latest cookery books.
There is also a well equipped, heated indoor games room on-site that is shared by all guests and includes comfy seating, board games, table tennis, air hockey, pool and table football. So, no matter what the weather, keeping the family entertained should be easy.

Local Family Places to Visit
Acton Scott Historic Working Farm is just 3 miles from Eaton and is an ideal summer day out for families. There are daily activities and special events and you will see traditional 19th century farm life unfold daily, while the land around is worked by heavy horses.
Mickey Millers Play Barn is in nearby Craven Arms (8 miles away) and is a wonderful all-weather centre, perfect for active children.
