Falcon House is a luxurious, contemporary lakeside holiday house, just 6 miles from Cirencester and situated in the heart of the Cotswolds Water Park on an award-winning 450 acre Lower Mill Estate. The house is just so baby, toddler, child and parent friendly that a stay here with a young family would be just enjoyable easy.
The Accommodation
Falcon House comfortably sleeps eight adults in four bedrooms; three with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom layouts are flexible with good quality mattresses throughout. Extra guests or children can be accommodated on futon mattresses or air mattresses.
The open plan ground floor is stunning with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Clear Lake. With stone floors, under-floor heating and a contemporary gas fire this is a modern but cosy living space. Relax on one of the four cream leather sofas, watch a movie or listen to a CD. The lounge comes fully equipped with a flat screen TV and numerous high tech gadgets, as well as a selection of films, books, and CDs. The house also has wireless Broadband.
The Summer Room is the perfect spot to unwind. There is a good selection of books and board games and even a poker set to use during your stay. The modern kitchen comes complete with every possible piece of equipment and even a selection of cookery books for inspiration. A dishwasher takes care of the washing up, and there is also a handy washer/dryer.
The spacious dining room area gives you plenty of room to enjoy a relaxing meal with the family. The dining room overlooks the Lake and the floor to ceiling windows can be opened during the summer to make the most of the breeze. The outside Terrace is the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast or barbecue, or just to sit back with a cold drink and watch the bird life on the Lake. A table and eight chairs are provided, along with a gas-fired barbecue, parasol and deck chairs. There is also a secure bike rack.

Things to do for Children
As well as a good selection of films, books, CDs, toys, games and colouring equipment, Falcon house also has a PS2. However if the weather is kind the children won't get chance to play on it as there is so much for them to do on this complex. There are playgrounds, trampolines, a pet's corner, football pitch, tennis court and nature trails with bird hides dotted around the Estate. And for the more adventurous of families, bike and boat hire is on offer. And of course the indoor and outdoor swimming pools offer hours of family fun.
Parents will enjoy the use of the estates facilities including its luxury spa, sauna, steam room, gym and pampering treatments.
