Greenacres is a fabulous development of spacious self-catering cottages, all well equipped and providing a high standard of comfort throughout. All cottages are non-smoking and have two bedrooms, one double (mostly en-suite) and one twin, both with TV and DVD. Families of more than 4 can use the option of a high quality double sofa bed located in the lounge (excluding cottage 6 which has a single sofa bed). Cots and high chairs are provided free of charge (please bring your own cot bedding), subject to advance booking only. You have the choice of two de-luxe bathrooms (some have three) with bath or shower and toilet. The open plan lounge/diner is kitted out with widescreen TV that includes a wide range of satellite channels, DVD player and free wireless internet access. A well-equipped kitchen area has integral appliances including electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, iron and board plus a wide range of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. All bedding is made up for your arrival with towels provided for use within the cottage so all you need to pack is your beach towels. Enjoy your evenings soaking up the view by relaxing on your patio or veranda. Or choose to meet new friends at the communal barbecue area with a glass of wine. You might want to pay for a bit of extravagance on your well earned holiday by choosing a cottage with an outdoor hot tub - ideal to unwind at the end of the day, while the little ones are tucked up in bed. Well behaved dogs (max. 2) are permitted in two cottages, subject to advance booking only and payment of a small supplement.

Amenities at Green Acres include an indoor heated swimming pool with changing rooms plus shower and toilet, a reception selling basic essentials, a coin-operated laundry, barbecue area and an outside play area for small children. There is also a mini 'garden farm' located adjacent to Green Acres where fresh produce is sometimes available.

If you have ever fancied visiting the famous Eden Project then these cottages are ideally located just three miles away. Green Acres Cottages are just five miles from the picturesque waterfront at Fowey with its stylish yachts and brightly coloured fishing boats and small beach at Readymoney Cove. Looe and Polperro are nearby and Green Acres is also well placed for many varied country and coastal path walks. There are several beaches within easy reach - the nearest, Par beach, just three miles away. Family attractions in the area are many and varied but firm favourites are the Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Springfields Fun Park and Pony Centre and Pendennis Castle owned by English Heritage.
