On your doorstep, just a stone's throw away from your accommodation are pubs on the river, boat hire, shops, churches, fishing and an adventure playground to name but a few.
When arriving at Hall Farm Cottages and stepping out of the car you will get a lovely feeling of knowing you made the spot on choice for a family holiday as you take in the wonderful Norfolk countryside surroundings. The children will enjoy the space to scamper around and look forward to playing in the games barn as it provides a great venue to meet other holiday chums. What a lovely place to unwind and feel the stresses of daily life quickly evaporate.
The Self Catering Holiday Accommodation
At Hall Farm there are eight spacious 2 and 3 bedroom cottages converted from traditional farm buildings. Most of the cottages are positioned around an attractive covered courtyard with a water centrepiece where you can spot the resident goldfish. All the cottages have a downstairs twin or double bedroom and en-suite shower room with toilet facilities making them ideal to bring along grandparents on holiday. The cottages have comfortable furnishings throughout and are equipped to a high standard with dishwashers and Wi-fi access in each. The majority of the cottages have a grassy enclosed garden making them a safe environment for little ones to play. Each property has its own private terrace complete with garden furniture, ideal for a family BBQ.
Child Friendly Facilities
There is a spacious games room, with a large pool table, table tennis, darts, football table, and also a Ninja Turtle machine for the youngsters. There are lots of toys, jigsaws and games. There is also a television with a DVD player, and films are available from the office. It provides an additional alternate space for families to escape to when needing time out to relax and unwind.
Baby Extras
High chairs, cot/ travel cot, booster seat, baby monitors, steam sterilizer and baby bath are all available on request but do need to be booked in advance as numbers are limited. (There may be a small additional cost for these items).
Baby Sitting Service
Hannah Newstead, a qualified childminder who is Ofsted registered and has had all the necessary police checks, is happy to provide a babysitting service during your stay at Hall Farm Cottages.
Things for Families to See and Do Around Norfolk
Hall Farm Cottages are situated between the villages of Horning and Ludham, an ideal base for your holidays and exploring the North Norfolk Coast. There are so many places to go and things to do, from boating on the river to relaxing on the Norfolk sandy beaches.

Bewilderwood - is the award winning outdoor adventure park and it's only 2 miles up the road.
Bure Valley Railway is 5 miles away and runs between the market town of Aylsham and Wroxham, the 18 mile round trip runs through the Bure valley countryside stopping occasionally at small country villages.
Wroxham Barns is the ‘must visit' for families whether you want a relaxing day with friends, a fun time with the family or a chance to do some shopping, you will find it here. It is perfect for children and loved by all ages, the Junior Farm offers a hands-on experience in a real farmyard.
Pettitts Animal Adventure Park is a lovely day out. It is about 45 mins away, and is a favourite of ours. There are plenty of rides and attractions, with animals to see and some to pet.
Dinosaur Adventure Park is situated between Norwich & Fakenham and is a definite must. You can take a picnic or there are various snack bars. Plenty of adventure play areas, ideal for children of all ages.
