Fowey Hall, an extremely child-friendly hotel, is a glorious building with stunning views overlooking the port of Fowey and the river estuary; this place purportedly inspired Graham’s Toad Hall and you can almost imagine Ratty admiring it. The 5 acres of original walled (safe) gardens offer loads of scope for the children to explore and have pirate, smuggling and damsel-in-distress adventures – inspired perhaps by a stroll to the beach at Readymoney Cove; 10 minutes to get to, more on the way back due to the incline, but certainly worth it. It’s the Cornish holiday that you might remember – except perhaps a little more luxurious - and this time the parents get a break too! Away with the Kids guests receive a complimentary bottle of champagne and a 10% discount so now is the perfect time to book!

Kids, parents and dogs alike will love a camping and caravanning holiday at Warcombe Farm, North Devon. The area is absolutely stunning with nearby “Blue Flag” Woolacombe beach on your doorstep and the picturesque coastal town of Ilfracombe within a short drive. A lovely shower block with a family bathroom includes a baby changing unit is a touch of luxury with under floor heating - much appreciated when trying to get the kids clean. The large fenced children’s play area goes down a treat and is a great spot to meet the other kids on holiday.
