This year's Magic Loungeabout festival runs through Friday 27th to 29th July at Broughton Hall in North Yorkshire.
With activities and games galore, fabulous music to choose from and artists from many disciplines expect a busy old time of it - in a really laid back, relaxed environment. This is a weekend of luxuriating festival escapism at the decadent where Loungeabouters can indulge in everything from VIP waiter service to a wide range of boutique accommodation and massages, spa treatment and succulent home-cooked food.
Live acts, DJs and guest speakers include; Crazy P, Ed Sheeran, Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer and Misty Miller play live whilst Justin Unabomber and Mixmaster Morris DJ. The Food For Thought tent features talks from Annie Nightingale, Howard Marks, Simon Beaufoy and Robin Ince.
Meanwhile The Angel Gardens is a kids haven and a joy for all – comprising bell tents, yurts, painted caravans and tents and surrounded by woodland, the kids will enjoy their own little festival from dusk through dawn (well, quite late). There is a world of art & crafts, music workshops, dressing up boxes, face-painting walkabouts and lots to more to find. Dusk time is snuggle time aided by camp fires and hot chocolate with cosy areas to relax in and let little ones sleep.
