5 star lodge holidays in the Peak District

Family Holidays and Child friendly breaks in the Peak District

May half term is fast approaching and the Derbyshire Peak District is the perfect place to enjoy a family holiday. There is so much to do in the local area with a vast array of attractions, spectacular walks and numerous cycling routes

Booking a holiday at Darwin Forest Country Park or Sandybrook Country Park then guests will benefit with  discounted tickets to top attractions including Chatsworth House, Alton Towers, Gulliver’s Kingdom, Heights of Abraham, Matlock Farm Park and Peak District Cycle Centres.  There are also numerous events taking place over the next few weeks including the Chatsworth International Horse Trials, Eroica Britannia cycling event, the famous Derbyshire Well Dressings and lots of one day events at local towns and attractions.

Bring the whole family....

Our 5 star holiday Parks in Derbyshire provide the perfect location to enjoy a holiday with extended family or friends. Our central location in the stunning Peak District makes our Parks very accessible from across the country and with our spacious lodges sleeping up to 8 people, they make the ideal accommodation.  Both our Parks benefit from fantastic facilities including an indoor swimming pool, restaurant and an array of family activities so that every member of the family, no matter how young or old, will have a memorable and enjoyable holiday.

Go Active at Sandybrook

Go Active are a range of fun activities that the whole family will enjoy and are delivered onsite by our qualified instructors. You can choose to experience the art of archery to the thrill of body zorbing and for children aged 3-7 we offer Go Juniors that are fun and imaginative activities. There are also activities that take place in our indoor swimming pool including sea scooters, snorkelling and WaterWalkerz.

Enjoy the Peak District delights

May, June and September are some of the best months to visit the Peak District. The weather is usually good, but the National Park and local attractions are usually quieter.  The prices of the 5 star lodges are also very attractive at this time of year and will provide you with a great value family break in the Peak District.
