Vertical Horizons are setting the standards for tree house excellence available for public use. There are three treehouses, The Cottage, The Shiitake and The Calypso which are accessible by walkways through the redwood forest canopy. Each treehouse, alongside its sleeping accommodation has a bathroom, a BBQ / gas grill, food prep area, and on site there are other guest amenities such as disk golf, volleyball, horse shoes, fishing, and more.
The breakfasts are prepared by your host Phil, a gourmet cook. Each morning your breakfast is prepared using fresh organic fruit and wholesome products, most of which are locally grown and raised. Recreational Technical Tree Climbing is available for guests of all ages or you can schedule a tree climbing event. Night Climbs, Day Climbs, anyone can do this activity!
On site you can enjoy disk golf, fishing, volleyball, croquette, the aforementioned tree climbing, white water rafting and even try your hand at panning for gold! Experience The Fall Salmon Run or go on a Guided Mushroom Picking Expedition. Nearby are near the Redwood Forest, the Oregon Caves, and the beautiful Coastline.
There are loads of other attractions in the vicinity from golf to the ‘Great Cats of the World Park" - but really the best attraction here is the treehouses themselves and the novelty of sleeping (or nesting) in among the leaves under the tranquil sky.
