The traditional Tuscan cottages sleep from 2-10 and are homely and welcoming, with thick wooden beams, tiled floors and comfortable furnishings. All have kitchen facilities including oven, hob and fridge.

The apartments in the main house all have air con for the summer and heating for the winter. All glamping units have real beds for a good night’s sleep. Each has its own private bathroom in the communal wash area, with the tree house having the added bonus of a private outdoor shower on the terrace. Cots and highchairs are available, and pets are welcome in some cottages and glamping units.

Eat

Cottages have their own self-catering facilities. The lodge tents have their own kitchenette area, whilst the yurts and tree house can make use of the shared kitchen and BBQ area in La Locanda.

Buffet breakfasts can be pre-ordered and taken (with a side of spectacular views!) in La Locanda where you can also pick up a small selection of farm produce. Local taverns are just a short distance away for delicious traditional lunches and evening meals. You’ll also find the shops in nearby Montescudaio are plentifully stocked.

Activities

Walk through the woods, build dens, and say hi to the resident hens. Just a short drive away you’ll find the Adventure Park with rope course, park area, and activities such as archery during the school holidays.

The area is a paradise for walkers and cyclists too - bikes can be hired and ready for you on arrival, and on site you’ll find plenty of bike storage and tools as well as guides and maps.

Accessibility

Some of the cottages are on one level, however the traditional nature of the buildings means they may not be suitable for those with additional mobility requirements. Yurts, tents and the tree house have stepped access.

The farmhouse is near the village of Montescudaio, less than an hours drive from Pisa.

By Air

Pisa airport is a 45 minute drive from the farm.

By Rail

Cecina station is around a 20 minute drive and has services to Pisa.

The family have been welcoming guests to the farm since the 1980s. The principles of preserving the traditional Tuscan lifestyle, in harmony with nature and away from the chaos of the city still guide them today.
