Coastal Cabins is situated in the perfect location between the North Devon Coast and the pretty village of Hartland. The cabins are surrounded by wild countryside and grouped around a picturesque fishing lake, next to a tennis court and the 'Wild Spa' hot-tub. Luxurious wooden cabins with comfy beds, kitchenettes, shower rooms and individual decking areas to enjoy the Devonshire countryside in a magical setting.

Rooms

The exclusive design for these cabins is open plan with distinct areas: a living and sleeping area, an en-suite shower room and handy kitchenette. The Family Cabins have a really comfortable king-size bed, nautical bunk beds, and a flat screen TV. Outside you can enjoy your own private deck with BBQ.

The double-glazing and insulated cabins make it warm and cosy in winter, yet cool in the hot summer months. Heating and electricity is available 24 hours a day and firewood for the BBQ cabin can be collected from the wood-store.

Eat

The cabins all have kitchenettes with everything you'll need to rustle up a quick snack for the family. In the kitchen area you will find a mini electric oven with hob, sink and fridge with ice box and outside there's your own personal BBQ on the deck. Families can also make use of the indoor BBQ cabin and meet fellow glampers on site.

When you want to eat out, there are a number of good pubs in the nearby village just over a mile away, a fine dining restaurant just half a mile away and the trusty local fish and chips takeaway.

Activities

What's better after a long day at the beach than a soak in a hot tub? Rest your tired feet and let the 26 spa jets massage away your aches and pains. Sit in the 'Captain's Seat' and succumb to the exclusive 15 point ultra-blast master massage jet. Add to the mix some stunning views towards the Atlantic and a glass of cold bubbly and you'll be in holiday heaven.

There is a lovely nature walk around the fishing lake which is central to the cabins. There is a tennis court and of course beautiful open spaces to get plenty of fresh air in the Devonshire countryside.

Surrounded by wild countryside and grouped around a picturesque fishing lake, there’s ample space and opportunity for things to do. You’re also just over a mile’s walk to the coast. From horse-riding to surfing and award winning theme parks - like The Big Sheep, the Milky Way and The Ultimate Adventure Centre - there’s plenty to do locally whatever the weather.

Accessibility

All cabins are spacious and open plan, however access is via gravel paths. Parking is in a communal car park in the adjacent field but the closest cabin can be allocated to you on request.

Where is it and how do you get there?

By Road

Coastal Cabins are about 5 minute’s drive from the A39 which connects to the M5.

By Air

Exeter airport is the closest airport to Coastal Cabins and it's a one and a half hour’s drive. Newquay Airport is another option, also a one and a half hour’s drive.

By Rail

Barnstaple Station is the nearest rail station at a 35min drive. Mainline trains from London stop at Exeter where you can connect to Barnstaple.
