The four thatched gites have been beautifully and sympathetically renovated from 200 year old barns and retain exposed thick stone walls and wooden beamed ceilings. Each cottage has both electric heating and a huge wood burning stove for wonderfully cosy evenings.
Books and games for all ages are found in each of the cottages. Some gites have their own washing machine but there is also an additional laundry room for all to use.
Three of the cottages are perfect retreats for families of 4-5. The largest cottage is La Grange which can sleep up to 7, and comes complete with a ‘lit-close’ - a traditional bed for farmers to stay close to their livestock in winter. Don’t worry though- the animals have long gone and it just acts as a perfect hideaway for toddlers and children!
