The hallway, kitchen, master bedroom and lounge have standard doorways and level access. The cottage’s ground floor master ensuite bedroom has standard doorways and ample lateral transfer space to one side of the bed for wheelchair users. The oak dressing table has been discretely designed to be the correct height for wheelchair users.

Where is it and how do you get there?

By road

From Cromer, take the coast road (A149) for 1 mile, towards Sheringham.

Turn into Felbrigg Road (opposite the Fishing Boat Pub), then take the second turning left into Incleborough Close. When in Incleborough Close turn right and the cottage entrance is in front of you through the open gate.
