The Abbey Cottage is a fabulous retreat for a family getaway and blends perfectly comfort with character. Featuring three lovely bedrooms, all with king-size beds and a traditional style, each offer a cosy space. The downstairs bedroom has its own ensuite, while one of the upstairs bedrooms can be set up as two singles if needed. Upstairs, there’s a spacious family bathroom, complemented by a handy WC downstairs, which is a practical addition for groups of all ages.
For an extra touch of magic, there’s a shepherd’s hut in the garden that sleeps two more guests. It’s a delightful space, and like one of the cottage bedrooms, the bed can be arranged as a king-size or twin singles. This makes it perfect for extra guests or anyone seeking a little more privacy - teens perhaps?!?
For little ones a travel cot and toddler floor bed are available as required - just let Tom know when booking. You'll also find a high chair in the dining room, and retractable stair gates on the stairs to keep little people in or out.
Inside, the cottage has plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The lounge is warm and inviting, with a large LED TV that’s great for unwinding after a busy day or cosying up for a film night.
The conservatory is a brilliant space to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather and offers a dining area and comfy seating that overlooks the garden—perfect for an early morning cuppa.
