The price includes all utility costs, linen, toiletries, household materials and wi-fi. If you are staying for two weeks, the price includes a clean and change of linen and towels half way through your stay.


£100 deposit.. Balance payable six weeks before arrival.

We will get back to you as soon as possible after receiving your booking requst to let you know whether the Lodge is available. You will then need to pay a deposit of £100 to confirm the booking.

Credit card payments incur a 2% charge to cover our costs.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel a reservation, we will do our best to re-let the property. There will be a £20 charge to cover administration and bank charges. If we are unable to re-let the Lodge, cancellation costs will be incurred as follows:

More than six weeks before the booking commences, your deposit will be forfeited
Less than six weeks before the booking commences, you will be liable to pay the full cost of rental.


The Lodge will be in a clean condition on arrival and we request that guests leave it in a like condition. A charge for additional cleaning may be made if the property has not been left reasonably clean.

We understand that accidents happen. Please tell us of any breakages or spillages as soon as possible. We will endeavour to put the matter right as soon as possible but ultimately you are responsible for the property and its contents during your stay. if we are unable to solve matters satisfactorily you will be charged to replace damaged materials.

We aim not to disturb you during your stay. If you have any problems on questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection, meter reading, repair work, etc. If we do need to enter the property, we will strive to agree a time with you beforehand, wherever possible.

The Lodge is strictly non-smoking inside or out. Candles or other naked flames are not permitted under any circumstances. Torches are provided in case of an electricity cut.
