About Great Barn Farm

Situated in rural Norfolk, Great Barn Farm is a small collection of stunning converted barns offering stylish self-catering accommodation in a quiet and tranquil setting, perfect for relaxing and spending uninterrupted time with your family. You’ll find some of the country’s most beautiful beaches nearby as well as great attractions for memorable family days out.

Stay on-site and have a swim in the heated indoor pool, relax on the loungers and in the steam room, and in the summer open the large glass doors and let the sunshine in. Great Barn Farm has some cool eco-credentials, with a biomass boiler providing heating, and solar panels providing much of the electricity used on-site.

Within easy reach of some of the most beautiful beaches in the country, and under huge skies the properties have been tastefully converted to provide you with everything you need for a unique luxury family holiday. Situated on a working farm the 4 stunning properties offer many home comforts including fully equipped kitchens, free wifi, tv's including smart tv's and DVD players. The three smaller barn have wood burners. All barns have the benefit of underfloor heating and private outdoor space with BBQ's and seating areas. Exposed beams and brick work, reclaimed materials and huge expanses of glass add to the contemporary feel of the spaces.

Work off the welcome cake you'll receive on arrival in your property with a walk through beautiful unspoilt countryside. Or take a dip in the pool to which you'll have your own key. There's even free wifi in the pool area for those of us that would rather supervise as the kids swim.

The owners can supply details for local caterers to provide meals for family time and large groups, or walk to the nearest pub (1 mile away). A large range of place to go to entertain children and adults alike are on the doorstep including farm parks, activity centres, sailing, fishing, crabbing, bird watching, seal trips, stately homes, and horse riding. The barns have lots of information on the local activities and the owners are happy to give advice.
