Enter the house through the private walled garden which has an outside laundry room ideal for brushing off muddy boots and paws. You’ll walk into a wide entrance hallway with coat hooks and storage for your walking boots. Wander through into the quintessential farmhouse kitchen with quarry tiles and views across the estate. There’s a small breakfast table and window seat for you to enjoy a morning coffee or make use of the large dining room for the ultimate family breakfast buffet. The large table seats all 10 guests and frames wonderful views across the land through the sash windows. The living room is a cosy nook that will wrap you up after a long day of walking and exploring. With the original fireplace, large comfy sofas, a TV, and classic interiors, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a coastal walk or a family day out.
You’ll find four bedrooms, and a family bathroom with a bath/shower. The Master Bedroom has a super king bed with an additional trunk bed available upon request for an extra guest. With high ceilings, exposed beams, plenty of storage and furniture, plus an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, this bedroom offers plenty of space along with views across the landscape. The second room, the Super King Bedroom, can be reconfigured into twin beds. It has built-in storage, a wooden bed canopy, and lush soft furnishings and can cater to couples, teenagers, friends, or kids. The King Bedroom provides a balance of character and comfort and has exposed beams, plenty of lighting, an oak dresser, throws, and cushions . The Bunk Room has two sets of bunk beds sleeping up to four children. It’s the perfect den for your kids with playful interiors, cosy comforters, and snuggly blankets for their dream sleepover.
