The villa has six bedrooms arranged across two floors, which is particularly helpful for extended families or groups travelling together. Parents with younger children can stay closer together, while grandparents or couples without kids can enjoy a bit more quiet elsewhere in the house.
The bedrooms themselves are calm, practical and well sized. There’s a good mix of doubles alongside larger family rooms, including a triple and a quad, which work especially well for siblings or cousins who are happy sharing on holiday. Wooden shutters on all bedroom windows help keep rooms cool during warmer weather and make it easier to darken rooms for daytime naps or earlier bedtimes.
Beau Rivage has three family bathrooms and four WCs in total, split across both floors, which helps keep busy family routines running smoothly. There are two shower rooms upstairs, plus a family bathroom with an over-bath shower downstairs, alongside separate cloakroom WCs on each floor. A water softener is installed throughout the house.
Please note: there is a stair gate fitted at the top of the staircase, but not at the bottom, so families with younger children should take extra care.
The shared living spaces are generous and sociable, designed for family life rather than formal entertaining. The main lounge has plenty of seating for evenings in, whether that’s watching a film together, playing board games or winding down after a busy day out. The dining area connects easily to the terrace, so children can move between indoor and outdoor play without losing sight of adults.
A real standout is the dedicated play-room, which quickly becomes part of daily life. Stocked with toys, games and dressing-up clothes, it gives children a space that’s entirely theirs — ideal for early mornings, quieter moments or when the weather pushes play indoors.
Baby and toddler equipment is provided, including a travel cot, high chair, pushchair and child-friendly dining items. These thoughtful extras help reduce packing and make settling in quicker, especially for families travelling with younger children.
