Set in a quiet rural hamlet, the three gîtes combine modern convenience with plenty of character, and are designed to work well for families looking for relaxed, child-friendly gîtes that suit everyday family life.
Large windows and light tones keep the spaces feeling open, while French doors lead straight out onto private terraces and the surrounding gardens, making it easy to spill outside when the weather allows.
Each gîte is laid out for families and groups travelling together. Interiors are open-plan, clean, practical and comfortable, with everything ready for day-to-day use. Generous living areas give everyone space to gather at the start or end of the day — whether that’s planning lunches or settling in with a film after a long afternoon outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements vary by gîte:
La Mirabelle and La Glycine have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping six. La Mirabelle boasts a generous open plan living and dining area, with stone walls and wooden floors. There’s one downstairs bedroom and shower room that are adapted for people with reduced mobility (but not for people in wheelchairs) - this room can also accommodate a baby bed if necessary. There are a further two bedrooms, one double and one twin (the twin has room for a cot or a further single bed, if required) and a family bathroom with bath tub upstairs. La Glycine has a spacious open plan living and dining area with exposed oak beams and a luminous bay window. There’s a handy downstairs bathroom too. Upstairs are the three cosy bedrooms (two doubles and a bunk room) and a bathroom and toilet.
Le Tilleul is a smaller, but still perfectly formed gîte and works well for smaller families or as part of a larger group stay. You’ll find another characterful open plan living area on the ground floor. The two bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor. There is room for a cot in the double room.
Bedrooms are all simply furnished, with quality linen included. Bathrooms are super clean and fluffy bath towels, as well as beach towels are provided. A washing machine and dryer are available to help keep on top of laundry loads — a regular part of family holidays.
Outdoor areas are a big part of the experience. Each gîte has a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, helping make outdoor meals and relaxed suppers easy while children play nearby. The generous lawn space gives little ones room to run, and shady tree areas are perfect spots for afternoon reading or quiet play.
