The farmhouse is divided into self-catering holiday apartments. One large holiday apartment occupies the entire first floor, with two smaller apartments sharing the ground floor. There is also a small cottage in the converted stables, plus a two-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment in a new extension.
All the apartments are simply but comfortably furnished, beautifully decorated, and have full central heating. There is also a spectacular swimming pool, shared by the apartments: located above the house in a marvellously tranquil position, it enjoys panoramic views over the National Park of Mount Subasio.
Towels for the pool and bed linen are provided and a child’s cot is available if required. There is free Wi-Fi and a telephone which guests can use.
Cimabue is a lovely two bedroomed detached cottage. It has a living room with sofa/divan, dining table and four chairs, china cupboard, and Wi-Fi access. Kitchen with fitted cupboards and marble work surface, inset gas hob with extractor fan, sink, built-in fridge/freezer, oven with grill, toaster, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom with double bed (or twins on request), wardrobe and a glass door that opens onto garden facing west. The second bedroom with single bed (or double bed upon request), wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, bidet, WC. Doors from living room lead to east-facing terrace and pergola with spectacular views over the valley, with table and chairs for al fresco meals.
Giotto is a superb self-catering three-bedroom apartment. It has a living room with fireplace, dining table and six chairs, easy chair, and Wi-Fi access, wood-burning stove, and access to balcony with panoramic views over the National Park. Kitchen area with gas hob and oven, sink, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board. THere is a beautiful bathroom with terracotta tiles.
Piero della Francesca is a self-catering two-bedroom apartment ideal for small families, situated on the ground-floor, with bathroom and monsoon walk-in shower. The spacious apartment is furnished with beautiful, hand-painted furniture and paintings, and the large and bright living room has a double sofa bed, offering the possibility of accommodating a further two guests. There is a well-equipped kitchen.
