There’s a range of self-catering properties on-site, all of which combine a relaxed, contemporary style with the original features of the farmhouse buildings. They range from converted barns set around a social courtyard and cosy traditional Cornish cottages with private gardens (and two with hot tubs) to Court Farmhouse, a traditional period home that sleeps 12.
The owners are parents themselves and have used their experience to focus on the needs of both the toddler and parent. Every cottage is toddler friendly with a built in stair-gate as standard and further mobile stairgates & fireguards can be provided, as can quality cots, bed guards, highchairs and booster seats at no extra cost. There are also three wheeler pushchairs and baby backpacks available for hire - leaving you extra space in your car.
All properties have central heating (the cottages have real woodburners), cosy lounges and large TVs with freeview. There are also stereos with DAB/FM radio/CD/Ipod docking stations and wi-fi access.
Bed linen is provided with towel hire available upon request. Black-out blinds are available most twin bedrooms.
Whichever you choose, the accommodation is designed to be a real home from home, with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. In addition, three further homes can be found on their working farm, Northcott Farm Holidays, four and a half miles away.
