The owners are parents themselves and have used their experience to focus on the needs of both the toddler and parent. Every cottage is toddler friendly with a built in stair-gate as a standard fitting and further mobile stairgates & fireguards can be provided as can quality cots, bed guards, highchairs and booster seats at no extra cost. Also proving popular is the hire of 3 wheeler pushchairs and baby backpacks - leaving you extra space in your car.
Choose from four cosy period cottages, sleeping 4+ cots, full of character and charm, with wood-burning stoves and your own enclosed garden (3 accept pets) or six barns (incl two access friendly single storey barns), sleeping 2-7+ cots, set around a sociable enclosed courtyard, overlooking the facilities onto beautiful countryside & the coast beyond; two spacious & contemporary styled houses, plus one bungalow, sleeping up to 6 +cots (1 accepts pets) with their own gardens and hot-tubs for a luxurious treat. Large families or friends wishing to holiday together can even stay under one roof in one of the delightful farmhouses offered that can sleep 12 & 17.
Court Farm Holidays Facilities
Each holiday property has access to all of Court Farm's facilities including the indoor heated swimming pool (security systems are in place for the safety of children), tennis court, enclosed play garden with swings, slides and sit-on bikes & trampoline. The outdoor play area for older children has swings, climbing frames, balance beams, monkey bars and ladders. There is also an animal field with goats, pigs and chickens (with morning feeding times) and games room with pool table & table tennis. All the above facilities are provided at no extra cost and there is also access to a DVD library and luxury gas BBQs. Additional babysitting service, meal delivery service, private chef, onsite beauty therapist, swimming lessons & yoga sessions can all be arranged.
All properties have central heating (the cottages have real woodburners) and all kitchens are fully equipped with all modern appliances including ovens, large fridge freezers, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board, even plastic crockery for the children. Bed linen is provided with towel hire available upon request. Black-out blinds in most twin bedrooms, large TVs in the lounges with freeview, (Sky package in the Farmhouse) & DVD player. There are also stereos with DAB/FM radio/CD/Ipod docking stations & of course FREE WiFi access.
