Le Mimosa is set up for perfectly families who want room to gather, relax and disappear again! With five bedrooms, the layout works especially well for multi-family groups, giving everyone their own space, while still feeling connected. The mix of double rooms, a triple room and a quad room means children can share happily, and grown-ups can choose quieter corners depending on their routines and age groups.
The bedrooms have a simple, comfortable style, designed to make settling in straightforward. Beds are made for arrival, and the natural light throughout the house helps create a calm, relaxed atmosphere. The quad and triple rooms are particularly popular for cousins or siblings who love sharing a space on holiday, turning bedtime into part of the fun.
Bathrooms are positioned conveniently for family life, making morning showers, after-swim baths or bedtime routines smooth and queue-free. Families with younger children will appreciate the proximity of bedrooms to bathrooms on both floors, which makes night-time wake-ups easier to handle.
The shared living spaces are where Le Mimosa really shines. The open-plan lounge and dining area create a natural gathering point, with large sofas, a generous dining table and enough room for activities without anyone feeling crowded. It’s a comfortable, flexible space—great for early-morning kids’ TV, board games after dinner or quiet reading time.
Baby and toddler kit is provided, reducing the amount families need to bring. High chairs, a pushchair, child-friendly crockery and more practical touches make the villa genuinely easy for those travelling with babies or toddlers.
While the kitchen is part of the main living area, the full details sit under Eats—here it’s enough to say that its central position makes it easy to keep an eye on children while preparing meals.
Le Mimosa’s rooms and layout come together to create a home that feels instantly family-ready. Whether you’re coordinating nap times, managing early-risers or bringing together a group of children with different ages, the villa supports smooth, relaxed days from the moment you arrive.
Bedrooms & Layout
Le Mimosa sleeps up to 12 plus babies and is particularly well set up for families sharing. The bedroom configuration makes it easy to group children together, give adults quieter spaces, and manage different sleep routines without everyone being on top of one another.
There are five bedrooms in total:
Double bedroom 1: 12.4ft x 10ft, with a 140cm-wide bed
Double bedroom 2: 13.1ft x 10ft, with a 160cm-wide king bed
Double bedroom 3: 14.1ft x 7.8ft, with a 160cm-wide king bed
Triple bedroom: 11.1ft x 9.5ft, with three 90cm-wide single beds
Quad bedroom: 13.7ft x 9.5ft, with four 90cm-wide single beds
In total, the villa has two king-size beds (160cm), one standard double (140cm) and all single beds at 90cm wide, which works well for both children and adults.
The layout is split across two sides of the house, which families really appreciate. One side of the villa houses two double bedrooms plus the quad room, while the other side contains the remaining double bedroom and the triple room (see floor plans). This makes it easier to separate adults and children, or give older kids their own zone.
Beds are made up ready for arrival for each guest named on the booking form, which is a welcome touch after a long travel day. For families wanting to pack lighter, large 100% cotton towels can be hired for the beach and pool. There’s also the option of daily maid service (at a supplement), so beds can be refreshed and ready after busy days out.
For younger guests, the details are thoughtfully handled: two bed guards, mattress protectors and night lights are all provided at no extra cost.
A couple of practical notes worth knowing:
The triple bedroom doesn’t have an opening window, but it does have natural light via glass blocks and a blackout blind for privacy.
The master bedroom has a small opening archer-style slit window, narrow but functional for ventilation.
Overall, the bedroom setup is one of Le Mimosa’s strengths — flexible, family-friendly and clearly designed with shared holidays in mind.
