What we think

"We had a great time and the owners were very accommodating and helpful. All equipment was provided for the kids who had a ball and the dogs enjoyed easy access to fields for a run around and the warm doggy shower for afterwards."

Tips from the owners

Local things to do, places to eat and attractions not to be missed.

  • Lake District Wildlife Park is a great day out and only 5 minutes drive.

  • On sunny days you can’t beat Crummock Water for a swim and a picnic.

  • Whinlatter Forest Park is a vast open space to explore – and there is usually a Gruffalo waiting to say hello.

  • Head to Lowther Castle for the biggest and best climbing frame (a replica of the castle itself).

  • Maryport Promenade – take your scooters and a picnic, explore the beach and have fun at the park at the aquarium.
