The Greenhouse is designed with bigger family gatherings and multi-gen stays in mind, and the sense of space is obvious as soon as you walk in. The house is generous and well laid out, with open, easy living spaces that give everyone room to spread out rather than feeling on top of one another. Large windows throughout bring in plenty of woodland light, and the overall layout makes it easy for busy mornings and slower evenings to slot in without careful coordination.
Living areas
Downstairs, the main living areas are sociable and practical. The lounge is set up for proper downtime, with plenty of seating for film nights, board games or simply putting your feet up after a day outdoors. The kitchen and dining areas are generous, with room for everyone to eat together, while a utility area with washing machine and dryer helps keep on top of muddy clothes and wet towels. The house opens directly onto the private garden, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor space.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The Greenhouse sleeps 16 across six bedrooms, with six bathrooms. Four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, offering flexible arrangements for mixed-age groups.
Kingfisher is the master suite with a luxury super-king bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower over bath.
Badger is the second super-king room and is fully accessible, with step-free access via a ramp and an adapted wet room — ideal for guests with mobility considerations.
Squirrel and Fox are both ground-floor king bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms.
Upstairs, Mouse is a much-loved attic room for children, with three low small-double beds sleeping up to six. Finch, accessed through Mouse (and lockable for privacy), is an attic double room with a low king-size bed, sloping ceilings and a large window. Finch has an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bath, shared with Mouse, and is best suited to family members rather than unrelated adults. A separate games room gives children and teens their own space to hideaway.
Bathrooms are modern, spotlessly clean and well distributed, making busy mornings and bedtime routines easier to manage.
Outdoor space
Outside, The Greenhouse has a private garden with seating, space to play and a hot tub for end-of-day downtime. Parking is available for up to six cars, which is a real help for larger groups arriving from different places.
