The complex is a collection of 57 luxury cottages and apartments ranging from sympathetically converted barns, stables dairy and farm buildings to brand new cottages and apartments, all within walking distance of the beach. Many of the cottages enjoy sea views and private gardens and several are finished in a contemporary, modern design. All are well equipped and typical features include integrated kitchens, wood flooring and modern bathrooms suites.
Japanese Pole Lodges: There are eight Japanese pole lodges, some with three and some with four bedrooms. Each has far reaching views over St Ives and the Atlantic Ocean below. The lodges have a spacious dining area leading out to a sun terrace. Upstairs, the beautiful lounge leads onto a large balcony with magnificent award winning sea views. For added luxury, two bathrooms in every lodge have jacuzzis and the shower room has a sauna.
Self Catering Apartments: Tregenna offers one and two bedroom apartments that are located approximately 50 metres behind the hotel. The apartments have wonderful views of the golf course and can sleep up to six persons. Most apartments are on the ground floor (some split level), which can be ideal for families with younger children. The interiors are light and airy and many have South facing balconies, perfect to soak up the Cornish sun.
Coach Houses: Positioned conveniently close to the Hotel, the coach house properties have views overlooking the courtyard. Each property varies in size and some are ideal for couples or some of the larger coach houses can sleep up to eight which can be perfect for the whole family!
St Ives Cottages: The self-catering cottages in St Ives offer a diverse range of accommodation. Nestled around the 72 acre estate, each cottage has its own charm and character. From small cosy cottages that sleep up to four, to wonderfully large cottages with plenty of space that sleep up 10.
