Day One Hanoi City Hotel in Hanoi City Arrive at NoiBai International airport – Hanoi City, where you will be greeted by an English speaking guide and taken to your hotel for check in. You’ll be staying overnight in Hanoi and have the day at your leisure to explore the city.
Day Two Hanoi City Hotel in Hanoi City This is a day to get to know the best of Hanoi with a full day city tour. In the morning you will visit the Mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts, One Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will see the impressive Museum of Ethnology, the beautiful West Lake, Tran Vu Pagoda, the peaceful lake of the Restored Sword and Ngoc Son temple. You will also go for an hour’s cycle ride through the bustling Old Quarter streets of Hanoi. You will stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day Three Halong Bay Traditional Vietnamese boat After breakfast at the hotel, you will head to Halong Bay which covers 577 square miles filled with more than 3,000 limestone “peaks” or karsts that jut from the deep blue water as far as the eye can see. You will explore the mesmerising seascape from the decks of a traditional Vietnamese boat for a day and a half, including an overnight stay with dinner and breakfast onboard.
Day Four Hue City Hotel in Hue City After breakfast, you will venture to Sung Sot cave, go swimming and relax, while brunch is served as cruising through the bay. Enjoy the view as your cruise comes to an end. Head back to Hanoi for the flight to Hue City where you will stay overnight.
Day Five Hue Imperial City Hotel in Hue City Today you will have a tour of Hue City which used to be Vietnam’s political capital and one of the country’s cultural, religious and educational centres. Visit the Imperial City, Thai Hoa Palace, the Halls of the Mandarins, the Nine Dynastic Urns and the site where the Forbidden Purple City once stood. You will stay overnight in Hue City.
Day Six Kings Tombs Hotel in Hue City After breakfast, head to the Thien Mu Pagoda on the bank of the Perfume River, followed by a visit to the complex of the Tomb of Emperor Minh Mang, built in 1840 and known for its magnificent architecture. After lunch at a local restaurant, you’ll visit Tu Duc Tomb, which was built for meditation, reading and theatre performances in a tranquil setting of forested hills and lakes. Your final stop is at Khai Dinh, the last monument of the Nguyen dynasty. Return to your hotel on the riverbank, where you will stay overnight in Hue City.
Day Seven Da Nang City Hoi An Ancient Town Today, you will journey south past the Hai Van Pass and Land Co, over a spur of the Truong Son Mountain Range that juts into the South East Sea, enjoying spectacular views along the way. Upon arrival to Da Nang you will visit the Cham Museum, which features a fine collection of open air sandstone carvings. Stop off at My Khe Beach, surrounded by the Marble Mountains area. Each of the five stone hillocks you will see here are said to represent one of the five elements of the universe. There are also many natural caves where Buddhist sanctuaries have been built over the centuries. Later, transfer to Hoi An Ancient Town and stay overnight in a hotel.
Day Eight Hoi An City Hoi An Ancient Town Today you will have a full-day excursion to Hoi An, a major trading centre and an important port for the Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and other merchant vessels from the Far East. You’ll start your tour with a temple visit, followed by a pagoda, Sa Huynh Museum and in the late afternoon, a boat trip on the Thu Bon River to Kim Bing Village on Cam Kim Island. You will spend the evening at the world-famous Cua Dai Beach and stay overnight in Hoi An.
Day Nine My Son Holy Land Hoi An Ancient Town Early morning start to My Son, a World Heritage site and religious center of the Cham people. My Son is in league with some of Southeast Asia’s greatest archaeological sites, including Angkor, Bagan, Ayutthaya and Borobudur. The towers and sanctuaries date from the 7th to the 13th centuries. Head back to town for lunch, and in the afternoon, you are free to go shopping in Hoi An Ancient Town where you will stay overnight.
Day Ten Nha Trang City Hotel in Nha Trang City Following a free morning in Hoi An, you’ll transfer to Da Nang Airport to take a flight to Nha Trang Beach City – home to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You will be met at the airport and taken to your hotel for overnight stay in Nha Trang City.
Day Eleven Nha Trang Bay Hotel in Nha Trang City Start the day at Cau Da port for a cruise on the Nha Trang Bay to visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island and enjoy hundreds of precious marine creatures. Continue to Mun Island - the best island for snorkeling with lots of colorful living corals and fish. You enjoy a fresh lunch at the Con Se Tre island and relax for the afternoon. Head back to your hotel for another night in Nha Trang City.
Day Twelve Nha Trang City Hotel in Nha Trang City Explore Nha Trang at your leisure. You can snorkel or dive among the coral reefs in crystal blue waters, hike nature trails, cool off in your private plunge pool, indulge in spa treatments or just relax on the white sand beach and admire the unspoilt mountain and sea views. Stay overnight in Nha Trang City.
Day Thirteen Ho Chi Minh City Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City Take a morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City - the largest Vietnamese city with buzzing street markets, sidewalk cafes and sleek new bars. Your tour of the city will take you to the Old Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, the War Remnants Museum, Chinatown and Binh Tay Market – one of the liveliest areas of the city. You will stay overnight at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day Fourteen Mekong Delta Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City You will start the day at My Tho, the capital of Tien Giang Province on the Mekong River. The city is surrounded by orchards and rice fields, which produce grain for the entire country. You will also visit one or two of the islands producing traditional handicrafts, coconut candy and bee farms before going to the Vinh Trang Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in the delta on an amazing boat trip on the Mekong River. You’ll finish your day back in Ho Chi Minh City where you will stay the night.
