Tips from the owners

Local things to do, places to eat and attractions not to be missed.

  • Perugia, the capital of Umbria, has art museums, markets, the world famous Jazz festival in July and is home to Europe’s biggest chocolate festival in October.

  • Lake Trasimeno offers the perfect spot to relax - take a stroll along its shores, catch a little ferry to one of the islands, or enjoy some of the watersports.

  • Mamore Waterfalls are the tallest (man-made) waterfalls in Europe and is a great place for white water rafting, canoeing, tubing and other watersport activities.

  • A wine tasting trip to one of the local organic and biodynamic family run vineyards should be on every guests list of things to do.

  • Visit Gubbio, one of the oldest cities in all Italy and just 25 mins away.
