Set in the 1500 acre Notgrove Estate, these fantastically stylish barns provide a wonderful base for large group getaways. All are set around a modern courtyard and offer the highest quality accommodation, and are super child and pet friendly too. There's lots of outdoor fun to be had meeting the farm animals, and exploring estate on foot or by bike. A games room keeps everyone entertained on wet weather days, and there are plenty of wonderful days out to be had nearby.

We have a café called the Nuttery in the village which do delicious breakfast and lunches as well as opening as a bar at weekends.

Notgrove group accommodation is located in a modern courtyard barn conversion with stunning contemporary open plan layouts. The 4 barns combine in multiple ways to accommodate groups from 8-32, offering large open plan social areas, communal eating and a bathroom for every bedroom.

The barns have fully equipped kitchens, flatscreen TVs and DVD players and simply stunning interiors. Outside there are seating areas to enjoy the summer evenings. Cots, highchairs and stacks of other equipment can be provided, and each barn has a washing machine with a communal tumble dryer available in the onsite games room.

Eat

The barns have excellent contemporary kitchens and dining areas for communal eating, and the arrangement of the barns also means you can have quieter family meals if you prefer. Supermarket deliveries can be pre-booked and all fresh and frozen items will be put away ready for your arrival.

For nights off from cooking then take the 1 mile stroll to the fab foodie pub in Cold Aston, or arrange for a private chef to prepare meals for you either in your cottage, or delivered for you to eat at a time that suits you.

Activities

The private estate is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and changes with the season. Bikes are available to hire on-site, or take your own. Take your rackets and enjoy some friendly family competition on the tennis court, available to hire both daytime and evening.

Play out on the field, complete with football nets, a clamber stack, willow tipi’s and a mini playhouse. The indoor games room has table tennis, a mini pool table, and table football as well as a selection of books, games and toys. Notgrove also has a working farm, and there are alpaca, donkeys, pigs and goats who love to be fed and petted by smaller visitors.

Notgrove have teamed up with some local experts to offer some brilliant outdoor adventures and some health and beauty activities straight from your doorstep at Notgrove. With laid back yoga, exhilarating quad bike riding, foraging for your supper and close encounters of the wild feathered kind, we have something for everyone.

Where is it and how do you get there?

By Road

Notgrove is 30 minutes from Cheltenham, along the A436.

By Air

Birmingham International Airport is less than 1hr 15 minutes drive from Notgrove, and Heathrow is about 1hr 30 minutes away.

By Rail

Cheltenham Spa is 12 miles away and taxis wait at the station.

Trains from London arrive at Kingham Station. There is no bus service or Uber so you will need to pre-book a taxi for arrival.

If you prefer a flutter to a ride on the horses then Cheltenham racecourse is great for a day out.
Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Cotswolds, Sudeley Castle & Gardens is just eight miles from Broadway & Cheltenham and has fabulous gardens and a huge play area for children.
Far Peak Climbing Centre is a superb dedicated climbing facility, offering indoor climbing and bouldering for all ages and abilities, as well as outdoor climbing on their 15m tower.
Cotswold Wildlife Park offers up close encounters with animals, set in lovely grounds with a children’s playground.
Bourton Vale Equestrian Centre is just 3 miles from Notgrove Estate and offer a 1 hour pony trek across beautiful countryside, including a paddle in the river.
