About the owners

Steve & Nikki

Steve was born and bred on the farm and I (Nikki) moved here in 2008. Together we have converted the old farm parlour into beautiful holiday cottages. We have 3 young children and a dog so know what is really appreciated when going away and we have made our cottages as family & dog friendly as we can.

Tips from the owners

Local things to do, places to eat and attractions not to be missed.

  • Just 30 minutes away is RHS Rosemoor - one of the most beautiful English gardens and a perfect family day out.

  • Eggesford is a great place to visit as a family with lots of different trails and paths that link woodland to the Tarka rail line.

  • Saunton Sands is about a 50 minute drive, with parking directly at the beach, good shops and restaurant facilities.

  • Quince Honey Farm is definitely worth a visit especially on a rainy day as there is a great soft play area, as well as the Bee World where you’ll find honey bees, hives and interactive information.

  • Exmoor Zoo has fab zoo trails to see animals in their habitats, plus lots of hands on activities.
