3 Mount Pleasant is in a superb location, sitting on the edge of the estuary, just a few minutes walk from the charming and historic Looe town centre. Walk a few minutes more and you’ll find the large, safe and sandy East Looe beach. A popular spot for swimming, sand castle building and watersports for the brave and adventurous! The house itself boasts a small terrace, with a brilliant south-west aspect; no stay at 3 Mount Pleasant goes without an evening or two watching the sunset over the river, the harbour and hills behind it. The terrace wall is low though, so keep an eye on little ones. At the rear of the house, you’ll also find a charming courtyard, with a table and chairs and box full of beach toys – free for little guests to enjoy.
Inside the four bedroom house you’ll find bright spaces decorated to a high standard, and boasting brilliant views from every window. 3 Mount Pleasant sleeps up to eight adults, plus a child in a fold-away bed and a toddler in a cot. Downstairs there is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. On the first floor there is a large bedroom at the front with a king-size bed and superb views. A second double bedroom features a luxurious roll top bath tucked away in the corner. Both rooms share a modern shower room. Heading up another floor, two further bedrooms boast great views and a chic shared shower room. One is a king-size double, the other a twin room (these beds can be joined to make a double bed upon request). Smart TVs can be found in all of the bedrooms and the large living room, perfect for snuggly film nights.
