By road

Cwmcrwth Farm is around a four hour drive from both London and Manchester, and an hour and a half from Cardiff.

By rail

Trains from Llandeilo station run to Swansea and Shrewsbury. Swansea station runs trains to most of Britain, including London, Bristol, Manchester, Swindon and Cardiff.

By air

Cardiff airport is approximately an hour and a half drive away.

Local things to do, places to eat and attractions not to be missed.

  • A firm favourite on our child friendly days out, explore Pembrey Country Park and the huge expanse of Cefn Sidan beach.

  • Folly Farm is a must visit for young children, with zoo animals, farm animals, play areas and a fabulous vintage fairground it is great whatever the weather.

  • Children love a ride on a steam railway – Gwili Steam Railway, Teifi Valley Railway and Brecon Mountain Railway are all reachable.

  • Pan for gold and explore the mines at NT Dolaucothi Goldmines, don’t miss dressing up in the mining kit.

  • Take a boat ride to Skomer Island, come toe to toe with puffins, see the seals and their pups!
